Chloe Keer Liu began her artistic journey as a toddler when she covered her walls in crayon. She spent her childhood in Beijing, China before moving to New York City. She is an aspiring artist, animator, filmmaker, and storyteller. She graduated from New York University, majoring in Film & Television with a focus in Animation. Since then, she has been exploring the endless bounds of art, pushing her own limits with new mediums and genres. She is currently learning to make art for herself so that she can better create art for others.

Chloe is motivated by telling stories about community, identity, and what it means to be human. She believes that her path to meaningful storytelling is imagination and empathy. It is her dream to inspire children from all backgrounds and to reignite childlike hearts in adults.

Chloe's other hobbies include people-watching in Central Park and making miniature food magnets.
